XILLION Cut

Swarovski XILLION Cut

The XILLION cut is copyrighted protected by Swarovski. Swarovski presented this to the world in 2004. It has the revolutionary crystal cut that produces the highest brilliance. It optimises the light reflection of Roses(defn) and Chatons(defn) producing intense brilliance and luminosity due to bolder light reflection and intensified scintillation. All XILLION elements truly stand out and are clearly visible, thanks to their precision, clearly differentiated star shape cut and perfect positioning of facets which have alternating different sizes (alternating small and large facets). It is this complex faceting that allows it to imitate the look and luminosity of a multi-layered cut.

With the XILLION cut, the stone table(defn) is specially designed to produce perfect light refraction and intense light distribution. The XILLION cut is a brilliance that you can see and measure. In contrast to a Rose(defn) with regular cuts, the points of light in a XILLION rose crystal are noticeably intense. The XILLION rose (round, flat back crystals) is exclusive to Swarovski.

Swarovski XILION cut was originally applied to chaton(defn), rose hotfix (HF), rose no hotfix (NoHF), channels, lochrosen(defn), and all its forward-integrated products (Cupchains & Findings, Crystal Mesh, Bandings, Transfers, etc.) Swarovski continues to develop new implementations and to extend the XILLION family.

Swarovski XILLION navette

In 2009/10, Swarovski has also introduced the XILLION Navette - the Navette Fancy Stone which dominates the spotlight with its intense brilliance and blazing light reflections.
