Chainmaille Belt with Bells and Dangles

My first attempt at making a belly-dancer like belt from chainmaille incorporating brass washers and lots of little musical bells. Made for my very best friend .. and hoping she will like it.

This is a hipster belt with a lot of life and movement .. and sound! Perfect to go sashaying around and for a exuberant jig on the dance floor.

Approximate diameter: 82cm/ 32inches

Materials

* brass jump rings (silver plates) - 7mm, 1.2mm wire
* brass washers
* brass bells with clappers
* crackle glass beads
* agate chips
* buckle made from flower slider/connector

Construction Notes

Created using Euro 4in1 chainmaille. The top is secured with more jumprings to ensure it does not fold over, as Euro 4in1 is likely to do. The buckle is made with a slider/connector. Not as neat as I would like it, still it turned out better than expected. Will either have to work more on this part for the next belt or think of another kind of buckle.
