German Silver
also commonly called "Nickel Silver" - is actually an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc. It contains no silver at all.

Kantan Couture Embroidery
Kantan CoutureOld art of Embroidery using a fine hook on a fine cloth stretched in a frame. The frame is called a tambour. Clover has the Kantan Couture Bead Embroidery tool for this which is can be used for this form of embroidery with or without beads.

L

lacing wire
Lacing wire is 32 gauge wire. Very very fine. About the same thickness and strength as standard sewing thread. Used for lacing together rows of beads in fine craftwork.
lochrosen
Lochrosens are round flat backs(defn) but with a hole in the middle. It can be sewn on to materials by using a small bead to hold the stone in place. They can also be glued on.
